NTT to Establish Global IP-VPN POP in India and Enhance Service in New Zealand

December 16, 2009 -- Japanese network management, security and IT solutions provider NTT Communications plans to establish a point of presence for its global IP-VPN managed network service, Arcstar, in Chennai, India. It is also interconnecting Arcstar Global with an IP-VPN service in New Zealand operated by Telecom New Zealand to improve its global connectivity.
